A weekend of Learning

Even after 7 years of Instructing Zumba I'm always trying to improve my skills to help my students get a better and more exciting class experience.  Last weekend I travelled to Hertfordshire to take Kizomba Workshop by Portuguese Instructor Ze Canossa.  It was super hard word on the core and really different to anything I have done before.
